Twitter Feed

Twitter is a relatively new, exciting tool known as "microblogging." Within 140 characters or less, tell people what you are doing! Best Friends and other non-profits have found this to be another useful way to connect with supporters, and reach a new audience.

During the conference all the "tweets" (messages you post to Twitter) that are indexed by the use of our custom hashtag (a simple bit of code) will be automatically posted to the list below. So we encourage you to go sign up, and start tweeting! Make sure any tweet that relates to the conference has the hashtag #nmhp somewhere within the post. That way, everyone who's interested in the conference can see what you are up to!
